I haven't found my routine yet. But I have stumbled upon some natural women who have grown their hair long. As of now I don't feel as if I will accomplish any of the goals I have set. I don't see any physical differences so eh. Maybe I"ll take some March pics with hopes of change.

That link is from a woman who seems to have changed many people's lives with her hair blog and I am linking it here so that I will always have the site because I would love to purchase some of the tools and accessories.
My brother and mother tell me that I am putting too much energy in my hair. My brother suggests a relaxer or braids and my mom would suggest...well I don't know she just blabs to me as of lately. I think this week I will try natural again I'm going to attempt to stretch my hair where I'll wash it tonight and put braids in them take them down in the morning. My leave ins are the same oils Tahiti and Soy renewal. I love the way they make my hair feel.
I have straightened my hair more than I've wanted to in the past 2 weeks and my ends are showing damage. I need to find a way to save my ends and keep them healthy and strong so I can retain length. I should probably go natural for the entirety of this winter and then see what styles I really like or what I have managed for my hair. Going natural does not always ensure longer healthier hair. You still have to eat right and exercise and sometimes take extra precaution with your hairs special needs.
What I need to work on is drinking more water and exercising. I haven't been going to the gym like I said I would but I've been barely doing yoga and lame workouts at home. Hopefully I will get into this dance group and that will be my exercise. I'm hoping to make this month a good month because so far I've become a research assistant, I've gotten singing lessons, and I'm waiting about the dance group and a mentoring program. Those things added with school, homework, and work, well I hope I can manage. Maybe soon I can fit exercise into the bunch it just scares me to think of waking up early to work out and then being up from 6am-mostlikely 11pm. Everyday? I'll be a baggy saggy lifeless eyed sack of sprouts! Well here's to managing time and energy! Its just the 2-3 hour train ride is a killer!
